I’m glad our paths crossed through our ex company. My first impression of Joo was that she’s a petite young polite lady. Little did I know Joo is an insurance agent till we get to know each other more. I started off this insurance policy with my colleague’s wife initially. I’m quite skeptical about Insurance Agents as they gave me impression of “hard selling”, “constant calling” not for updates but to sell new policies to you or leave u “unattended” once u sign on the dotted line. At first, I was quite worried when my colleague told me my account will be handing over to another Insurance Agent, as I’m not sure if I am able to communicate freely with her.
