I’m glad our paths crossed through our ex company. My first impression of Joo was that she’s a petite young polite lady. Little did I know Joo is an insurance agent till we get to know each other more. To cut the story short, I seek Joo’s advice regarding one of my policies which I signed up at a bank from a lady who approached me when I was dealing with some personal bank stuff. When I needed advice from this particular person, she was uncontactable and would reject my phone call. I learnt my lesson not to sign any policy or savings plan through bank as they merely prioritize sales and there is no after-sales service. Joo was my saviour.
