I got to know Joo Chin through a friend’s recommendation. My first impression of her is very friendly, patient, and sociable. Throughout the years, she also demonstrated her professionalism by giving insurance advice on different occasions. Also appreciated the yearly review done by her to help us understand our policy coverage. But afraid not, she is not pushy at all. She will explain the policy details to you with little or no expectations from you. She is definitely an Insurance Agent I would recommend.

I started off this insurance policy with my colleague’s wife initially. I’m quite skeptical about Insurance Agents as they gave me impression of “hard selling”, “constant calling” not for updates but to sell new policies to you or leave u “unattended” once u sign on the dotted line. At first, I was quite worried when my colleague told me my account will be handing over to another Insurance Agent, as I’m not sure if I am able to communicate freely with her. Years down the road with Joo Chin as my Insurance Agent, she never fails to keep track and provide constant updates of my policies. Yes, like most agents, she will definitely promote or try to update what are the potential addition we should have. But most importantly she does not “hardsell”. She ensures that she shares all benefits of having the policy and she leaves the decision entirely to you. Long story short, Joo Chin is definitely someone you can rely on. Rest assured that she is not like those agents out there just trying to sell their products and leave u in no man’s land once u sign on the dotted line. Instead, she ensures you are well taken care of because she does not want any of her clients to suffer the same experience as her beloved mom.

Joo Chin is patient in her explanation and makes the effort to do deeper research to address to our doubts instead of just providing an answer just for the sake of it. I also appreciate her making the extra effort by compiling a list of our insurance – that consists of detailed information of each policy, just for our easy reference.
