If half the jobs in 2020 are yet to be known to us, how can we prepare ourselves and our children today? To face a fast changing future, we need to first understand it. We need to try and take a peek into this future and start to embrace change. | | What skills does Singapore need for the future economy? We live in a time when roughly half of the jobs in 2020 are not yet known to us, and conversely, half of the jobs today will be extinct. | | 10 Job Skills You'll Need in 2020 The world of work —and the world in general—is changing. People are living longer, new technologies are emerging, and we’ve never been more globally connected. I’m quite skeptical about Insurance Agents as they gave me impression of “hard selling”, “constant calling” not for updates but to sell new policies to you or leave u “unattended” once u sign on the dotted line.
At first, I was quite worried when my colleague told me my account will be handing over to another Insurance Agent, as I’m not sure if I am able to communicate freely with her. Things changed the day I met Joo Chin in real life.
First impression that I’ve got for Joo Chin: She’s not afraid to voice out what coverage you need but do not have.
Joo Chin is an insightful, broad minded, truthful, dutiful & sociable agent 😀 . To be exact, she’s more like a “caretaker”of your personal benefits rather than a normal Insurance Agent on the street.
Years down the road with Joo Chin as my Insurance Agent, she never fails to keep track and provide constant updates of my policies. Yes, like most agents, she will definitely promote or try to update what are the potential addition we should have. But most importantly she does not “hardsell”.
She ensures that she shares all benefits of having the policy and she leaves the decision entirely to you.
Long story short, Joo Chin is definitely someone you can rely on.
Rest assured that she is not like those agents out there just trying to sell their products and leave u in no man’s land once u sign on the dotted line. Instead, she ensures you are well taken care of because she does not want any of her clients to suffer the same experience as her beloved mom.

With Joo as a financial planner, I feel assured that my best interest is taken care of. She keeps me posted of any news that impact my policies and even looks out for better alternative options years after my policy has been bought.
I really appreciate her level of service and dedication. Highly recommended because she truly cares!
| | | | Sharon Yuen, Executive Assistant Ms. Joo Chin has been providing us with such professional and efficient service since I first engaged for my family insurance a couple of years ago.
She has always responded to our requests quickly. Kudos to her extra effort, responsive, professional service, excellent job done to complete my policy. Will highly recommend it to all who want to consider buying any kind of insurance. No hard sell from her as she genuinely proposed the right policy to cater to your needs!
Overall, thumbs up!! | | | | Cheok Chuan Hock, Engineer I got to know Joo Chin through a friend’s recommendation. My first impression of her is very friendly, patient, and sociable.
Throughout the years, she also demonstrated her professionalism by giving insurance advice on different occasions. Also appreciated the yearly review done by her to help us understand our policy coverage. But afraid not, she is not pushy at all. She will explain the policy details to you with little or no expectations from you. She is definitely an Insurance Agent I would recommend. | | | | Winnie, Policewoman Joo Chin is patient in her explanation and makes the effort to do deeper research to address to our doubts instead of just providing an answer just for the sake of it. I also appreciate her making the extra effort by compiling a list of our insurance – that consists of detailed information of each policy, just for our easy reference. | | | | Seri, Admin Executive Joo Chin is not only my insurance agent, she is my ex school mate and ex colleague turned good friend. We connected instantly due to similar vibes. I was in the hands of a seriously pushy and judgemental agent previously. As soon as I found out Joo Chin is from the same insurance company, I asked if she was willing to take over my policies. Of course this is an added administative work for her as she does not gain any commission from me. However due to her kindred spirit, she readily accepts my request. We have come a long way since. Joo Chin is not just my agent or friend, she is like family. She is not judgemental, she listens and gives wise advice. She promotes products but will never be pushy. She is really hardworking and disciplined. She keeps track of my investment progress and gives me timely updates. I love how she is an agent with a heart. She thinks of my mum during Mothers' Day and sends flowers. She even helped me promote and supported my little home baking business while I was unemployed. She is someone I feel at total ease with. Trustworthy, hardworking, disciplined, organised and wise 🥰 | | | | |
