I’m glad our paths crossed through our ex company. My first impression of Joo was that she’s a petite young polite lady. Little did I know Joo is an insurance agent till we get to know each other more. To cut the story short, I seek Joo’s advice regarding one of my policies which I signed up at a bank from a lady who approached me when I was dealing with some personal bank stuff. When I needed advice from this particular person, she was uncontactable and would reject my phone call. I learnt my lesson not to sign any policy or savings plan through bank as they merely prioritize sales and there is no after-sales service. Joo was my saviour. She advised me the best way to deal with the situation and patiently explained on my next course of action as well as suggested a few ways to solve the issue. Thereafter, I transferred all my policies with Prudential (as these policies are managed by someone whom I do not know) to be managed under Joo. My whole family is now at ease as we have a reliable and responsible agent to handle our policies. I am so relieved now and Joo is highly recommended as she’s not merely ‘selling’ policies. I started off this insurance policy with my colleague’s wife initially. I’m quite skeptical about Insurance Agents as they gave me impression of “hard selling”, “constant calling” not for updates but to sell new policies to you or leave u “unattended” once u sign on the dotted line.
