I started off this insurance policy with my colleague’s wife initially. I’m glad our paths crossed through our ex company. My first impression of Joo was that she’s a petite young polite lady. Little did I know Joo is an insurance agent till we get to know each other more. To cut the story short, I seek Joo’s advice regarding one of my policies which I signed up at a bank from a lady who approached me when I was dealing with some personal bank stuff. When I needed advice from this particular person, she was uncontactable and would reject my phone call.
